Returns
Once an authorized return is received, our team will inspect the product.
We will notify you by email or another available contact method confirming that your returned item has been received.
Following inspection, we will inform you whether your return and refund request has been approved or rejected.
Returned products should be unused, unaltered, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds
Refunds against confirmed customer orders are generally not encouraged and will only be considered in eligible circumstances, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed using your original method of payment wherever possible.
The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, payment provider, or financial institution.

Natural Gemstone Variations
Gemstones, crystals, minerals, geodes, and agates are natural products. Variations in colour, shape, size, inclusions, patterns, texture, transparency, formation, and weight are natural characteristics and do not necessarily constitute defects.
Colours may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and screen settings.
Customized Products
Customized, personalized, specially sourced, altered, or made-to-order products are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund except where required by applicable law or where the supplied product does not conform to the agreed order.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact EleganzaGems promptly with your order information and clear photographs of the product and packaging.
Our team will review the request and advise you regarding the available resolution.
